I am ashamed and embarrassed to say it, but I was charged with a class A misdemeanor in 2008 that could have lead to some serious consequence. Not only did he get then entire charge dismissed, but he also negotiated a very minimal community service package and eventually had the entire case expunged (sealed, etc...). 5 years later I failed a background check for a housing application. Mr. Frank fought to help me get the housing application approved with a level of contentiousness that, to says the least, is highly admirable. He also didn't charge me anything extra. Although I don't imagine i would ever need his services again, if I did, he would be the first person I would ever consider using to represent me.
